Junior Parkour
Ages: 5-7
Designed for athletes looking to learn fundamental PARKOUR skills. Parkour is the act of moving from one place to another through different movements. Learn to vault, run, jump and flip with our fully certified level 2 Parkour coach.
Friday 2:00-3:00pm
Parkour ages 7-10
Ages: 7-10
Designed for athletes ages 7-12 who are looking to learn more advanced parkour skills. This hour and half class is jammed packed with running, vaulting and flipping while using all the different equipment our gym has to offer
Friday 3:00-4:30pm
Parkour 10+
Designed for athletes who have previous experience in Parkour and are looking to develop further in the sport. This is a one and half hour class. 1 hour Parkour, 30mins trampoline.
Friday 4:30-6pm
Dodgeball
Learn different Dodgeball games and have a blast with this pilot program. Join coach Tom on Saturdays for this fun, new and exciting class!
