Winter Cup 2024 Welcome Package

Dear Clubs, Coaches, and Parents,

Peaks Gymnastics is thrilled to welcome you to our second annual Winter Cup located in
beautiful Invermere, BC. The Winter Cup is a fun, early season competition happening January
20th-21st, 2024. We are offering sessions for CCP 1-8, XCEL Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and
Interclub.

Below you will find helpful information to enjoy your time here in Invermere.

VENUE
David Thompson Secondary School. 1535 14th Street, Invermere BC, V0A 1K4.
Located next to the College of the Rockies. Entrance located on the East side of the building.

ADMISSIONS
A welcome table will be set up as you enter the main lobby. We will be accepting cash, debit, or
credit card. Registered Gymnasts and Coaches have open access to all sessions. Please note
spectators are not permitted on the competition floor.

TICKET PRICES
Adults - $10
Children - $5
Family weekend pass - $40

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
Saturday January 20th
Session 1: Xcel Bronze
Session 2: Xcel Silver, CCP3
Session 3: CCP 6, CCP 7, CCP 8,

Sunday January 21st
Session 4: Xcel Gold, Xcel Platinum, CCP 4, CCP 5
Session 5: CCP 2, CCP1, Interclub

REGISTRATION COSTS
$130 for Xcel/CCP
$110 for Interclub
Prices increase November, 17 2023
$140 for Xcel/CCP
$120 for Interclub
Registration closes December 1, 2023.

RESULTS
Kscore will be available to review athlete’s scores. QR code will be provided.

AWARDS
Awards will take place after each session in the gymnasium. Interclub athletes will be provided
with a comment card and medal. Xcel Bronze and CCP 1 will be awarded bronze/Silver/Gold for
all events and overall. CCP 2-8 and Xcel Silver, Gold, Platinum will be ranked.

COACHES & JUDGES ROOM
A room will be provided for the coaches and judges. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be
provided each day.

CONCESSION
We will have a concession with snacks and drinks. Cash, credit or debit will be accepted.

RAFFLE BASKETS
Tickets will be sold for our raffle baskets. Winners will be drawn at the end of the event and
prizes will be given to the club coach to take home with them if they are not present to receive
their prize.
