Freestyle Ski Dryland Training
Circuit style dryland training, keeping freestyle skiing skills as the main focus. This class will have full use of the gym and equipment, incorporating full body movement to increase body awareness, coordination, fundamental movement patterns and agility. We will focus on strength and flexibility training to get everybody ready for ski season. We have the double mini trampoline and mini trampoline to practice aerial skills. For Ages 7+.
